i dunno why this happend my pets look like the have platnium aspiration when pets dont have wnts or apiration could somebody tell me why this happend

It's a glitch. It happens to me too. If you have a platinum person, and you go somewhere or something, then when you come back the animals will be platinum.
Or something. I dunno.

How do i get rid of it

it isnt much of a problem to your game.
& i dont think alot of people who make mods , would think of making a mod for it.
but if it annoys you , then try searching some mod sites.

Happens on mine too, i thoght it was just because there really happy. but it doesnt bug me so i leave it

I suggest downloading the Pets CD/DVD Patch to try and get rid of this bug. Personally I've never had it, but then again my sims rarely purchase pets

the patch dosent work it says:There was an error in the update you may need to unistall bon vayge and reinstall it btw i got the simi2 bon vayage update

You can onl install the most up to date patch for the expansion packs yu have I believe, therefore if you have Seasons, Bon Voyage or Free Time you can't install the pets patch.

That doesn't matter though, the later patches fix all of the problems from the earlier ones, just with extra fixes for that expansion pack. The earlier ones are just older versions for people who don't have all of the expansion packs yet.

I got this when I installed BV, it doesn't really bug me, I'm used to it now.
