This scared the shit out of me the first time I went through Ravenholm. It's because everything else, you hear the bullets or the footsteps, this, the screen jolts and you're being hacked at by a zombie which came from no where. By the time you've loaded two shotgun shells through the headcrab, or sawed it in half with the gravity gun, support is arriving in numbers, yet you only have one saw blade, so you see how many you can take down at once. Then the saw is stuck in the wall, and zombies are in the way, you search for something else, see a table and take down a whole wave of them with a single table, pick up your rusty saw blade and walk off like nothing happened. The survival instincts develop after a little while in Ravenholm, but those headcrabs and the poisonous headcrab throwing SOBs always caught me off guard and made me jump.
In the respect of actual enemies, after the initial shock factor, they're probably the easiest to kill, and the most fun to set on fire or throw can of paint at. They can't attack you from a distance, and they move quite slowly. However, as soon as you master them, those skinny things which run all over the place come at you and shotgun shells begin to fly all over the place. -------------------

the best one i did with the crossbow was when i bolted a combine to the corner of the cieling and he just hung there i like those antlions as well they're cool i loved thier company until you got stupid marines who keep gettin in your way then they die cos you were trying to shoot the guy shooting them at least the antlions MOVED when they think they're in your way *example* i was aiming at a guy with my crossbow the i see this fat body suddenly appear i zoomed out to see the antlion in my face looking at me then i zoomed in again and it moved out of the way. see what i mean they are way more intelligent and they're bugs!!

Yeah, with that wierd alien sucker on their face, but it's great to get a gravity gun, then pick up one of those Spin Blades and fire it, lots of gore =]

this level scared me as soon as i encountered fast zombies.
the thing i like about ravenhome is that i can save a lot of ammo here, once u get a saw thats all u need. ------------------- I don't have anything to say to you. And that last sentence doesn't count.

I think that they are the coolest things in the game.
That ghost town is the most scariest part and yes the saw blades so cool hey. I would have liked to see more imagination with creatures design though. This game seems to lack allot of imagination in that area. Still good though. ------------------- http://gamingeezer.blogspot.com/
