Hey there... I hope I get some replies here, heheh..

So, I'm playing The Twin Snakes, and I'm currently on the top of the Communications Tower, with Liquid flying around in his Hind-D. Snake is supposed to take a rope and repel down the wall to the walkway and so on and so forth...

So... I need a rope. But, where is that rope?? My cousin says that if you do not watch the intro movie, you don't get the rope. We haven't watched the intro movie in a long time, but on our last run through, we somehow got the rope anyways... But not this time!
Any help here? Please?

the rope is at the bottom of the tower when u 1st enter.

Its in the room when you enter it the alarm goes off its right there by the door I think its been a long time since I played this game. I can start it up and play it. I can be in the spot about an 1hr.

It has nothing to do with the intro movie at all, you'll never miss anything game-wise by skipping a cut-scene.
