Liquid Snake |
|
Everyone who likes the MGS series thinks Liquid Snake is a great villain. One advantage Twin Snakes has over MGS1 is being able to see a PS2 modeled Liquid. I wonder if this new MGS game will offer any new info on him. So what specific aspects and characteristics do you love about Solid Snake's infamous twin?

Yeah the accent and most of all the attitude is what makes Liquid Snake. Without that voice actor Liquid Snake wouldn't really be Liquid Snake. I just love the way he acts, and his outlook on things. It's basically like seeing an evil Solid Snake with an attitude, and that's the awesome part.

Man I'd love to see Liquid spew out some new quotes. That would be awesome to see the same information take place between characters, but have the speech in the conversation be completely different. I mean I memorized all of Liquid's MGS1's parts (I memorized all of the text for that matter) so new speeches would mean a complete new thing to memorize. Again I have to say that this will be completely awesome.

I don't think they'll need to bring in the voice actors again for this Alias, it'll most likely be the same text (although I wouldn't mind some new lines). Here's a question; how does Liquid get an English accent and all, when Solid and Solidus have normal voices?

Well when you're a twin it doesn't mean you speak the same way now does it

Well exactly, it's not specified, meaning that he probably spent time in Britain. I don't think it really matters, they probably highered a person that did Liquid's voice really well and that person had an accent. Or Liquid was just raised around people with accents. Of course, they all do seem to speak with Japanese accents in the Japanese version, oh no what does that mean!

Well you wouldn't exactly expect a big man like Liquid to live in United States now would you? I mean really, plus i don't remember where MGS1 took place but i'm sure it was close to Europe wasn't it? (closer to Europe than the US anyways)

View the briefings on Liquid Snake and it shows his profile, it says he spent some time in England.
I like his classic gestures. ------------------- "In this country, first you have to make the money,

Yes, Liquid did spend a lot of his life in England, I checked that briefing and I think when he was 17 he spent some time in some war, I think it was a British one, I'm not sure since I haven't checked the briefing in a long time. But of course MGS1 took place in Alaska.

Yes, you're right cobra. It's all coming back to me now, Liquid's first experience of war was fighting for the British military, when he was very young too.
