So there you go
Anyways the accent totally gives Liquid that sharpness in his voice and seriousness. It just makes him seem dignified because of the accent (because we all know American's are not dignified

C'mon Alias, Americans are the smartest people in the world...
Oh definitely, the briefing videos are a must to be included, I had a lot of fun watching those. They're almost like the books in MGS2, only visual. -------------------

I don't think Alias was questioning American intelligence, he was questioning their dignity, and we all know that we're just dirty-minded bastards that'll do anything for money! j/k
Yeah the briefing tapes are a must, those are crazy videos, and those aren't like the books in MGS2 because in MGS1 they had a "Previous Operations" section where you got short little mini-books giving you back info on the original MG games, that resembles the books in MGS2 more than the briefing tapes in MGS2. I wish there was something like the briefing tapes in MGS2. So of course the briefing tapes need to be included in this game. Maybe this time the tapes will give more info on the characters ... especially Liquid! ------------------- If you look at your reflection... is that all you want to be?

I am offended by the person that said
quote This is saying that British people aren't normal; I'm sure it was just a mistake, but did you know that the first americans were British/ European Methodists??? Then again, americans have always been "closed" (no offense meant) I mean, in school they only learn about America -------------------------------------- Anyway, the Twin Snakes ---------------- I hope they bring it out on PS2 too. MGS1's graphics sucked. They will need voice actors again, because of the sound quality difference.

quote Alias353MGS1 took place in Alaska. They might have some new lines for the guards because I think the guard calling for backup feature will be in Twin Snakes because I saw a Backup Unit Genome Solider in white and I know he is a Backup Unit Genome Solider because he was dressed diffrent and he had a sheild like the Backup Unit Russians in MGS2. As for Liquid I can't wait to see him in better graphics -------------------

Liquid Snake was raised in England (no doubt by English parents) and took on a role in the SAS - fighting in the Gulf War, where we are to believe he was captured.
However, he speaks Arabic like a native, so it has to be believed Liquid staged his capture, perhaps to catch up with 'Daddy' Big Boss or to organise himself a bit better. He returns after Solid Snake leaves Foxhound and takes over as Leader - thus begins the more recent career of the enigmatic copy of Solid Snake... Surviving the FoxDie virus, Liquid lives on as Ocelot's arm - 'consuming' Ocelot's mind at the end of Sons of Liberty and thus beginning a new era...?!

quote Wanderer Too bloody right! He just isn't complete without his body. I don't own a GameCube, but one of my biggest wishes was a remake of the first MGS with graphics ala MGS2:SOL, so I'm really happy with 'Twin Snakes'. I think I might buy a GC just for this game( and Resident Evil). ------------------- "Nani?!"

Yeah, but that was a low quality, shitty screenshot. The final version of the game will be cleaned up. But I AM worried about some of the faces in this game. I saw Otacon in a high quality screen shot and he looked TERRIBLE! I was shocked actually, and President Baker didn't look much better either. But I'm sure that by the time the game is released, everything will be perfect.
