its funny 'cuz its just a blur in my mind on this but does any of you remember or have seen a scene where like a hundred or so "Solid Snakes" running on a field or something? It was all Solid Snake, all wearing the sneaking suit outfit and presented as if its an army running down the field.


I cant remember where i've seen it but remembering briefly, it was a gameplay footage running on a ps1 hardware.

I'm posting this here for those Metal Gear Solid veterans that have played on PS1. It could have been one of the 2 or 3 versions of Metal Gear Solid released few years back. i think it would have been cool if that scene was included in Twin Snakes (if it did ever exist).


I think the scene was shown after the description of the cloning of Big Boss and successor that Solid Snake is..

It wasn't in the first one. It was in MGS2. Remember when Snake was talking to Raiden about how Raiden trained, etc? That's when the Delta Force talk came up, and that led to the scene with all of the Snakes. I could be wrong though.

But does anyone know why it was running on a lower 32 bit hardware? It was a full motion video and not a real time graphics running on ps2.

This scene would be or have been a great remake scene placing with Liquid scene explaining the genome soldiers when they were showing that army of genome lined up.

I think it was just a flashback. I know that the flashback of how Ocelot lost his hand was in PS1's graphics, too.

Actually that scene first appeared in MGS: VR Missions on the PS1. It was apart of the opening movie for that game. So that's why there was a flashback of it when Snake was talking to Raiden in MGS2. So you both were right in a way, just a little off.

That would have been a great remake scene on Twin Snakes..

It'll remind me more like SW: Clone Wars no doubt.
