Twin Snakes was pretty much MGS1 mixed with MGS2 and The Matrix.

Actually the controls are not analog/pressure sensitive which makes putting your gun away a pain. Plus the graphics are not exactly on par with MGS2.

Yeah your right, insead of putting away the gun when you gently let go of the button, he shoots. That pissed me off when i was trying to get a playthrough without getting seen once.

i know a way to stop shooting. all you have to do is when your aiming your gun just turn in the opposite direction. while your turning let go of the the shooting button it worked for me

Or aim away at an inanimate object.

I remeber that if you pressed a certain button he would just put it away, cant remember which, ahvent played it much.

I think you mean the shoulder button. You have to quickly tap it.

Well the controls are nothing like the PS2 controls. Just try to lower your weapon once you pointed. It is a pain to lower your weapon among other things.

I believe it was the Y button that would act as a soft release... hit it by accident and got seen >.<

Just ordered this from amazon. Haven´t played the original since... Damn, 2001... Anyways, the lip-sync doesn´t match the mouths´ movement in any english MGS, since the facial animations are done for the original japanese voice acting.

Yeah but TTS lip syne look horrbile compared to the original codec scenes.

to answer that question HELL NO

it has completely changed the storyline at the begginig and middle are kinda on target expect for the part where mantis readss the memory card and you havf to kill a rat
cuz in the original you just had to find the key not kill the rat i swear konami F34ked up big time with this installment and it kinda sucks
