I'm at Toane's Gym. I've finished all goals here except "Visit Dudley and PARTY!" goal. I visited him and Dudley didn't throw a party. I can't use the phone to throw party, help!

While you are living at Toane's Gym if you go Visit Dudley, people will start coming over that is your cue that the Party at Dudley's has started.

What you need to do is make sure that your relationship with everyone at Dudley's is at 15 or higher including Dudley.

If you have 15 or higher relationship with everyone at Dudley's, you complete the goal and Dudley will announce that you are the life of the Party.

Try again a few times and if still no ones comes over, try moving back to Dudley's and then moving back to the Gym and then trying to visit Dudley. If all that doesn't work, then you maybe have some odd glitch, so I would try starting the game over in that case.

I did it! I visited him at NIGHT. Dudley grabbed the phone, threw a party and grilled some burgers.

I have played this game many times and I have found that if I go visit early in the afternoon and just stay there that sometimes Dudley would get on the phone more than once.

I have never had Dudley not get on the phone at all.
