stuck with Kain (Vampire Citadel)

	i'm playing as kain at the vampire citadel, and i'm at this old temple (i think the earth forge) where i need to find a purple orb to power the warp gate. I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE!!! i've tried going to the upper level where the disabled portal is, and there is nothing at the end of that long hallway. there is a jumping point on the upper level but a door is blocking it. i can't open it either. AND all the doors on the lower level except 2 are either closed or being guarded by those gargoyle heads. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

	i've tried looking at all the other temples, AND in the Citadel, AND in the pillar area, AND in the old Sarafan Strongold; i just can't find that stupid key; this better not be a glitch or something

	No I meant in the other Temples, like the Water, Earth, Fire, Darkness and Light Temples. You never have to go back that far to get an item. But I'm sorry I still don't remember going around in those temples was like a maze! ------------------- KraNk

	the first other temple i went back to was the light temple, but i can't go any farther than that; the portal to the fire temple has an orb in it but the portal is deactivated for some reason; after thinking of that mural with moeibus in it i went back to the stronghold to search for mobeius, but he isn't here; i hate to say it but it probably IS a glitch

It isn't a glitch though. To the right of the deactivated gate, there is a long hallway the ends at a door that needs some sort of emblem to open. Head back a little bit, and on the left side of the hallway there is a piece of fencing that sticks out quite a bit, forming a half circle. You can jump down here, just jump right over the fence and you'll fall down, this will lead you where you need to go. -------------------

	I think hes stuck where Im stuck. Where you first get the Sphere that your suppose to use to activate the other warp gated. My only problem is activating the warp gate to get back to use the Sphere. I cant find a way to activate this warp gate as it doesnt need a Sphere. Its need me to do something to unlock the 2 balls that activate the warp gate. Been in every door and I cant find anything to activate this warp gate. Help! Will help anyone else with ANY problems up to that point. (Im only chapter 9 w/ Kain)

	i'm stuck as well, so far i am inside a forge, well 2 forges, 1 that looks all grey and gloomy, and the 2nd that looks red new where do i go?

	Is that Chapter 9? If it is your prob. stuck where Im stuck at. But if not I can def. help you. Once fighting that stone enemy do any doors open up?

	Once you got the sphere, I thought I simply got to the second floor, then I think you have to walk around it, maybe go through a gated door. But if you found some statue who attack you, you must be on the good way! Just check out if the portals work even if they look closed, but I don't think it'll change anything... ------------------- KraNk

	I too seem to be stuck in the same bit. I have read walkthroughs but when I drop down into the area with the two gargoyles nothing happens. I am told enemies turn up and the gargoyles come to life. This isn;t happeneing at all. Is it a glitch? I drop down. Nothing happens and then I am stuck downthere with no way to get back up. Can anyone help? Cheers

Cheers I -think- I can help you out here. Yes, I'm terribly behind the times. I've had this game for a couple years and only began playing it last week. DOH! I believe you are (where I got stuck for an hour or so), in a room on the lower level of the forge? If so, look to the left side of the (sarcophagus?/altar/thing where Raziel faces the elemental guardians in his levels) for a breakable back wall. Once you're through that, you'll probably figure it out for yourself.
