I just got this game and i have a simple question, can you play the world cup, using the national teams like Brazil, USA, GERMANY, if so how can you start one because all i can do right now is play the leagues.

No you can't play as International teams on FIFA, you'll have to get another game for that. I only think FIFA does clubs and not International teams.
