I remember there being something like that, but that was a really long time ago. I am not sure, but if there isn't start another game and try running through it again and get those pokemon. Sure it is a high-amount of hassle but if they are really good Pokemon it could be worth it.
Anyway Colosseum was really fun so it wouldn't hurt playing through again. ~Good Luck!

yes you can catch them again "after" you beat the game, so if you missed them and didn't save...then reset the game if you don't wanna wait till you beat the game, u can catch any missed shadow pokemon after u beat the game (some even before u beat the game) and they will give you ho-oh

Nope. All you have to do is after the battle, you exit, and re enter the room. The guy will want to battle you again.

re: catching pokemon that you have knocked out ? |
quote kluckConsidering these aren't ultra-rare Pokemon, I'm quite sure it's possible that another trainer will be carrying one in their party. And in the future I suggest that you use techniques such as Paralysis in order to assure your desired Pokemon(s)'s assured capture, don't just rely on knocking down your target Pokemon's health down to the red. -------------------

Heres the answer, yes you can. You need to find mirror B and keep fighting him, he will sooner or later send out remoraid and mantine again.

miror b. doesnt do that in this game... but in the cheat section of neoseeker you can find a list with the locations of all of the shadow pokemon that you can catch again, and their locations... i believe that remoraid and mantine are in pyrite cave.

Just to be perfectly clear...yes, you can catch them again. And I believe that Helper's list seems logical considering the specific Pokemon's first location.
