Okay, this is my problem. I am at the Snagem Hideout. I have battled everyone several times. I received no email afterwards. I died once and when I started over a new person was at the entrance

Have you recaptured the Shadow Pokemon from Bluno, Verde or Rosso? If you haven't, that's probably why you're not receiving the email.
