Well, one of the interpretations of the purpose of the Nerevarine is to unite the Dunmer against foreign foes. And while any race but Dunmer makes an ironic Incarnate, the contradiction seems to be at its highest for an Imperial, since the Empire is currently the biggest threat to Morrowind's identity.

Nords are the best all round characters to me , why , 'cause they don't look like there on crack . And the natural resistanses are very nice additions .

Well , they weren't mentioned 'cause there're not the most popular race , but if you want to be one go ahead . There great for people who just started , 'cause the adrenaline rush and the resist magicka are VERY useful . Whatever race fits you is the one you want to be .

my favorite race would have to be the Imperials because they got good longsword skill in the beginning.

I can't believe no one's mentioned Argonians! Lizard people rule! We get 75% Disease Resistance (Which is so handy when fighting monsters), 100% Poison Immunity (How can one live without it?), and a very cheap and long-lasting Water Breathing Spell. On top of all that, Argonians just look awesome!

Khajit's are in my opinion better.. That eye night spell is awesome because you can cast it unlimited , and the eye of fear is good when I was lower level and deadra where following me .
