Not really. He is there for comic relief more than anything else. Since there are several naked Nords involved in quests in Morrowind, the game designers put him in for laughs. I think he has several unique dialogues when you speak to him, and what he says changes after the fabricants attack the plaza. But he doesn't do anything else but stand there. | |
