i killed vivec and activated wraithguard manually.I looks like a advanced daedric gauntlet(L hand)with a shining golden-white outer part.how do i get the regular wraithguard(like how to put it on the R hand,make it look the same as the one vivec activates for you,)?

First of all, you get the first wraithguard legitly, then when you get the necessary supplies to get the other wraithguard, go kill Vivec and get that one. That's what I did but then my health got halved.

I read that incorrectly, you can't do it unless it is possible with the right deadric guantlet with a soulgem and make the same effects, which is impossible.

it isn't a custom wraithguard. It is the inactive wraithguard you get incase you screw up the main quest in the first place. Beth soft made a fail safe for those who may accidentally lose a quest item or kill a main character. You kill Vivec, get the inactive wraithguard (which appears as an unknown dwemer object and can't be equipped) visit yagrum and he will activate it. It will zap 200HP from you the first time you activate it but it allows you to use Sunder and Keening so you can carry on with the main quest and finish it.

To get both wraithguards. First do the main quest normally so you get wraithguard from Vivec, then kill Vivec and activate the second wraithguard and voila
