	OK i am going to tell you how to get the lords mail from vivec. go out side of ebonheart and youll find a cave. i dont htink it has a name. then u walk through the cave kill a few rats and u find a man when you kill him take the armor. also theres a room inside the castle that looks like and altar shrind table with some imperial armor on it in the top right theres a secret wall. its locked at 100 so u unlock that and its a passage to the cave and kill him that way also i hope this helps p.s. u need a strong weapon and the armor is someware around 200 defense;)
