i found out about a little chest in the tower. when i get the ammy does it mess up my main story line?

and to get in the chest does livitating high to the celind and taking somthing really work with you not getting caught

Ok ,so there is a deadric amulet in tel fyr , and when equiped , will dransport you to a dremora lord called magos valor . Kill him and a weapon called the deadric cresent will magically go to your inventory in return of the amulet ,and this will not mess up the main quest ,but the box is next to a guy in full deadric armor , that's probably where you got that , however , killing the guy in deadric armor who's name is Lord fyr WILL mess up the main quest and keep you from doing quite a few telvanni quests involving him .

You can't kill anyone without messing up the main quest , however , if you have cured your corprus disease during the main quest or have already take the back door , then you can kill dyvyath fyr , but I'll tell you where all the armor is , ok , to get the greaves and cuirass , go to ghostgate and taunt , pickpocket , frenzy,or kill the man named Ralyn Othravel , then take auriels bow to telmora , in the main tower in tel mora find a lady named Therana , then go to the topic , ash yams , then she'll ask you to get auriels bow , but low and behold you already have it , but you must make a decision , if you give her auriels bow , you'll have to kill her to get it back , but if you do that you'll mess up the main quest , but if you do decide to give her auriels bow ,you get a deadric cuirass with a consant effect feather 50 pt. + a deadric greaves with a constant effect feather 50 pt. , ok , so one of the pauldrauns is in a room on the top of Karstagg castle , and the other is in the wailing delve in norenen-dur in bamshend in mournhold . and the boots are in a place south west of uvirths grave called galius , somethin' like that .

yea but when i try to use the key on his desk on the chests it doesnt work and whenever i pick pocket him he notices plus i cant open all the chest with the 5 ecklash lock splitters i hae it never works

This is no exact place to get ekash lock splitter scrolls , however the key on the table does not open the chest , but if you like a weapon thats a step down from the deadric cresent , next to the SMALL BOX there is a CHEST that has a lock lvl. of 40 , that one has a weapon called scourge which is worth 80,000 and has a good amount of hit points with decent enchantments.

The keys in Tel Fyr are scattered about the place and all linkm to the next chest within the place. For example: the 1000th key wouldn't open the 1000th chest, it would open the next one in sequence such as 1006th and so on.

Look it up on uesp.net since I can't remember the exact solution to it all

Well Daedric is rare. Daedric pauldrons cannot be found anywhere besides Divayth Fyr, if you have Bloodmoon expansion, there's another location, one in bloodmoon, other pauldron in tribunal expansion.

there is a way to get fyr's armor:
1. get disintegrate armor spell
2. go to spellmaker and make dis. armor spell 100 - 100
3. have sneak at 100 (it helps to have luck at 1oo too.)
4. go to tel fyr (helps to have calm humanoid 50-50 too)

5. cast dis. armor spell while sneaking 'till all his armor disappears
6. pickpocket it off him
7. feel proud of yourself
