Seeing as ppl want to noe how to get to lvl 1000+ wif out cheating, i thought id submit this little faq.
1.get a major or minor skill to lvl 100
2.obtain an item that will raise the govening attribute of that skill beyond lvl 100.
3.find a master trainer in that skill and put his/her rep to 100
4.as u train from him/her ull notice that the skill stays on lvl 100 but u aquire points to lvl up.

If ur wondering how this is possible... because the govening attribute of the skill ur training in is beyond lvl 100, then the skill wont be going higher than the govening attribute.

5. train as much as u want. itll take like an hour to go up 200 lvls.

Now i have a question....

Would enchanting an amulet with:

drain *stat*
X-X CE

have the same effect? Since it's less than 100, you could train it with a master trainer? but will it go up past 100?

I don't think it could go above 100 that way. That trick is just used to get low training prices for level ups.

My fame is 97, Khajit named Ivan the Cruel, Some where between level 30-45 dependin on when you read this. Didn't use soul trap glitch till after main quest, then didn't jack everything up to the thousands, ie, my strenght is 210. I see no cheating in the glitch it is possible to do with mods, or a device, not really different then someone who keeps zapping themselves with a drain skill spell and re training, or props there analog stick so they are swimming into a rock for hours at an hours at a time to level up,
Neverine, Head of Morong Tong, Fighter Guild, Mages Guild, House Televanni, Imperial Cult, Factor of the Imperial Trading Company, Bloodskal, Chieftan of Thirsk in Solstheim, I have wiped out all leaders of the Comma Tong, Thieves Guild, House Hallula, all Tribunal Gods are dead, vivec soultrapped. Own or have taken a houses which is fleshed out , including my stronghold Urlivths grave, Velas Manor that has every item the museum wants plus stednars hammer, and other oddities, such as the nords severed leg, the argonian head, and daedric crescent blade. I think I have about twenty houses all stocked up with equip on display, gold, and lots of High Ordinator helmets, I collect em'. Of course completed main, tribunal, and bloodmoon quest. Coolest thing I enchanted was a daedric tower shield, not with vivecs soul use it as a display piece, but golden saint, 50ft 50-80 dmg for a minute and some change, ( as I remeber this might not be atowersheild, but blue ring of viewing)either way it is on display at velas manor. My personal stuff, I carry, always a belt with levitation, my robe/pauldrons (herhands) 100% Night eye, of course Signet Ring, shield and refect goodies as well. Fav weapons, Sunder, Trueflame, Ice Mace (Not it's name) from blood moon with 90 attack, Daedric Bow, with 5000health damage arrows from Solethiem, and a Ebony Shimitar with parazlyze enchanment for 40 seconds, on strike, usually sunder. Though my invenorty changes regularly. Finally I have not been a good neverine I've stold, murdered, and slashed my way through the game.

I make my home on the contenent of Solstheim. I decorate each place i call home with candles/lanterns, ash statues,etc. Each location is desegnated for differnent items... for example fort frostmoth holds my many liquor/drink/drugs. Raven Rock holds my many dishes, books, ingredients, and Skall village holds my artifacts, weapons, clothes, armours, etc. I also put extra weapons and armours into "safe houses" along solsthiem, but i never use them...
