I did the same thing . The solution is simple . All you have to do is find the master trainer of the skill you want to train (I like to do use Toddwenny the master trainer of shortblade in the luckylockup in balmora.) so since the governing attribute of shortblade is speed all you have to do is at least have speed over 100 and she can train it a unlimited amount of times though your short blade skill will stay at one hundred.(sorry if i'm to confusing:confused:
