Most defenitely. My character has 214 speed and 200 strength as a result of the enchanting I've done. Also, I recently discovered ebony scimitars have an enchantment value of 80, its the highest of any weapon I know of. So I enchanted one for the following effects: Damage Health 100 points for 1 second, 100% weakness to magicka 1 second. You can also get an insanely high armor rating by making constant effect items that fortify your armor skill.

I'm sure the Dremora is the one you get the Daedric Creasent from, Right. Ohh wrll is someone sure on where the Signet ring is


If not, after his Quests i'll kill him, I can get away cause I have thoose Exicution Writes.

the Royal Signet Ring is on Helseth, for sure
and you can just taunt him into attacking

Boots of Blinding Speed
They will fortify your speed 200 points constant effect. They will blind you however, but all you need to do to counteract that is make a spell that makes you 100% resistant to magicka for 1 or 2 seconds. Just equip it while that spell has effect, and you will not be blinded even after the spell loses affect. This is due to the fact that constant effect items dont cast their spell every second, they simply cast it when you equip it for an infinite amount of time until you take it off. I recently aqcuired these. I already had 214 speed due to enchanting, and now I have 414. Man, makes getting around a cake walk. Forget the stilt rider!

As for unique items i'd have to say the best thing i got from solstheim would be Mace of Aever Stone-singer and Mantle of Woe.

Yeah, my friend has an armor rating of 1000 or so. Im using a relatively new charactyer right now so I havent gotten around to making my heavy armor skill higher through enchanting.

Lol...i found something like it, but it was absorb strenght 10-20 on self...i got some good laughs absorbing my own strenght

Why dident you just Quote The Scrib God, Wounder Boy? Anyway I have This short sword that has conatant effect, drain Health, Speed, strength, Intell, and Personality by 60.

But it dose 55-55 dmg, With 40 Drain others health, and 20 Shock dmg.

Thats great it dose 115 dmg in all to the enemy it's called foawustibium

Help I need good items I have shadowsting but the effect is gone now so I need good items like 100 damage

The Effect cant go away, When it gose down just rest a couple of days and the charge will be back.

Just found a unique Bear helm called "Helm of Bear Scent" CE detect animal on self for 150 ft.

Kinda handy if your going to travel time or trying to avoid animals. (which Soltheim is coverd in as we all know)
Odd enough it's armor rating is the same as Ice armor.
So not only does it supply you with Decent armor rating but it give you the 150 ft detect animal.
It in Eddard Barrow. Make sure you can pick at least lvl 95 locks (or spellbreak w/e u do) since its in one of these. I also found a Huntsmen crossbow which does a cute 25-25 =/

To find Eddard Barrow look at your map and fine the Alter of Thrond. If you've done any exploring at all you'll see that a river split left heading downwards underneath it. (on the map) Then it ends. Just before it ends it take a sharp right turn. The barrow is just south of this right turn. If you run into a smuggler camp site at the river then just head south from there. DIRECTLY SOUTH okay? its easy to spot. Daedric Wakizashi (sp?) is in there too.. could be a random item i got but im not sure. well have fun finding animals with your shiney new bear helm

(Bear helms are medium armor as well is Ice armor)
actually Ice armor is pretty good stuff considering how much it weighs. Cuirass is only 27.
Its good stuff if your not in the mood to lug crap around.
Kinda not high Condition though the average on it is about 500.
(Helm of the Bear Scent is not worth getting for money since it sells at a pathetic 500 gold)
soon as i put it on i noticed a pack of wolves about 8-9 in size. hehe.... im against killing if i dont have to.

Edit: Heres a niftty tid bit. Aparently Grahl are considerd to be animals ... the stupid helm detects them so they must be animals.. weird... =/
