ur right this is another dumbass question, well first off, if you have a common disease immunity, lower it with the soultrap glitch and the spell, then go to the clan that you want to join and get attacked a few times, a further explation of where they are can be found on gamefaqs.com, anyway once you begin fighting with them, once they attack you and it connects to an unarmored part of the body, then you can contract polyhaemophila or something, then peg it to a house, sleep for a few days then you will get a disturbing dream with a bird crying blood or so on, thats you signal that your a vamp...

so i can just let them hit me with there sword or something and ill become infected?

Yes, but you have to have weaknes to common deasise...and dont wear anny armor, then you get infected quick

yes it will tell you, you only need to lower you common disease resistance if you've gotten past a certain part in the main quest, if you dont know what i'm talking about then you havent gotten there yet.
