you syhould load up a game whet Tel Fyr is still alive, without him the story cannot continue.

what you heard was wrong, Fyr is not needed to enchant wraithguard, he is needed to cure you of corprus, once you have been cured then you can kill him

however if you killed Vivec to get the wraithguard then you need Yagrum, the last living dwarf in the corprusium(sp?)

Dram Bero is in the Haunted Manor. Its in the Plaza of St. Olms. I think you need a security level high enough for 100 point locks.
