Mine does like it cant read the disc. And it gets really slow and it pisses me off so i make a new game until it gets to 200 blocks, does this just happen to me or does it happen to others?

It's a normal thing. You just need to save often and you shouldn't ever lose much.

He just means that his game will start freezing around 150-200 blocks. It's normal, especially with the thompson drive on the Xbox. If you have the samsung drive though, you should be okay.

Just for future reference, here's what each drive looks like.

Thompson- Worst drive. Often freezes and doesn't read burnt discs.


Phillips-Average drive. Not the best, not the worst.


Samsung-Best drive. Rarely freezes and reads burnt cd's.

How can I tell if I have the Samsung drive? My game freezes every once and a while but not alot.

Samsung drive-

I have the samsung drive, but the game still right when it gets to 200 its like something triggers the xbox to go crappy, and i get a lot of can't read disc errors. Is it the bethesda fault? Cause if it is, they should fix it for future games' sake, i mean its an awesome game but if u have to make another game after 200 blocks it gets kinda annoying after awhile. Which i've made around 20 characters, i mean if neone is having probs in the beginning ask me, believe me i know.

I don't think there's anything you can do about it. Try to decrease file size by disposing corpses maybe. I think the game is just so large that bethesda can't do anything about it. Maybe you just have too many character saves. You should probably delete some of the older ones you never use.

i have the samsung and my game got messed up once it said dirty or broken disk i just deleted it (sobbs) and now its fine

I don't think you had to delete it. My XBox and my friends do that and we just load the game and try again and it works fine. No damage done.

even copied it an put it on a friends box it didnt work
even used a diffrent disk

Well that's weird. I guess deleting it was the only option then.
