re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

Its normal. you play a game for a long time and then it gets boaring. It's happend alot to me, then I relized I didn't know half the stuff about the game, so I started to play again. Thank god I did cause I wouldn't know half of what I do know.

PS: of course you dont have Fable, It hasn't come out yet.

Ya Fable is exiting. Morrowind is still fun to me though.

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

I had the same problem. All I had to do to regain "the spark" was to attempt playing my other Xbox games. They all seem foreign. Your character moves too fast, they aren't open ended, and so on.

So I started playing Morrowind again and I'm hooked again .

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

Stop playing it for awhile. Happened to me and just recently I started playing again. Beat a few other games and forget about morrowind. Return to it later on, and the countless hours of gametime and no social life will return.

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

I'm going through the same thing Boo but that's because I've played the start of the game so many times, I could literally play the game in my sleep..that maybe because I've restarted over 400 times

anyway since I got the PC version, yes bloodmoon and Tribunal give me more enjoyment but to get into bloodmoon and tribunal straight away, I cheated and now it's boring, I've even tried it doing the old way but it means taking the effort to go through the whole of the first morrowind to get my character pretty high, plus the fact of it freezing up every so often or lagging doesn't help

I still play but not as much as I used too

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

No. Not unless you're a little more specific anyways. Make a thread for your question.

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

Striker we can only help you if A) you tell us what's wrong, your question B) you make a thread with your question C) stop spamming other threads with the question "can you help me?" and D) stick to one thread, only ask one question and don't keep asking the same question in different threads...be patient

if you don't do these then I will report your posts as spam, do I make myself clear?

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

Right now Morrowind is starting to get very boring cause I have practically cleared all of the guilds except the fighters guild and the thieves. How do you become Master Theif and champ of the fighters guild at the same time?

I could be wrong... but I don't think that's possible.

In the end, you must choose your path.

re: Morrowind losing its Edge?

It is impossible because in the fighters you slowly kill off the theives guild, and in the theives you bribe someone dont you? And yes Morrowind is losing its spark because its not new anymore, the grapics are getting pretty bad, the glitches are piling up and we've all done pretty much everything. If you are really desperate play PC and download the plug ins(mods). They are great.
