Okay what birthsign should I be? I want to be stealthy very early in the game...

The Tower:

Spell: (Beggar's Nose) - Detect Animal 200 feet for 60 seconds on Self
Detect Enchantment 200 feet for 60 seconds on Self
Detect Key 200 feet for 60 seconds on Self
Power: (Tower Key) - Open 50 points on touch

I said steathy...and that doesn't seem to fit.also what classes should I be in?

Kajit(sp?) and the Wood Elf, if I'm not mistaken, are the ones suited for being theives. As to the sign It does in the sense you must know where your enemies are and opening chests to theif. I personally, always go with

"The Lady
Ability: (Lady's Favor) - Fortify Personality 25 points
Ability: (Lady's Grace) - Fortify Endurance 25 points"

As for stealth chars,

"The Lover
Ability: (Mooncalf) - Fortify Agility 25 points
Power: (Lover's Kiss) - Paralyze for 60 seconds on Target
Damage Fatigue 200 points on Self"

As agility If I'm not mistaken is the governed to Sneak, Marksman and Light Armor, all normally considered to be stealth....Although with Kajit(sp?) you cannot wear boots or helms.

Honestly from personal experience, I find the birthsigns to become worthless as you progress, so pick one you think you'd like to use, but some do have alot of weaknessse. More so than the positives.

If you plan to break into things alot, The Tower would probably be the one you want.

But with invisible you can not attack or activate anything or you become visible again chameleon is the spell/enchant that lets you steal or the lieks while being invisible.

The Steed or The Lady

the rest are either A) useless or B) you can gain better spells later on in the game

Steed = 25pts extra on speed

Lady = 25pts extra on personality and endurance

as I say you can counter-act the other birthsigns for example

The thief - 10pts sanctuary .... later on grab the spell sanctuary and either enchant or make a spell alot stronger than this

the shadow - 60 secs invisibility .... firstly grab chameleon, it doesn't wear off as soon as you interact with anything...invisibility is just an effect that gets you from point A to B without being noticed...chameleon does the same and allows you to do things while having it on

The tower - open 50pts on touch (once every 24hrs) .... pick up the open spell and make 100pt open on touch or since you want to be a stealth type...raise security and use lock picks

it is personal choice but if you want a decent start then you are wasting your time with the other birthsigns

the three you want to use are The Steed, The Lady and for magic types the atronach (does come with a heavy price)
