M5) 1st Lieutenant
M6) Silver Star
M7) Distinguished Service Medal
M8) Distinguished Service Medal with Bronze Oak Cluster
M9) Captain
M10) Distinguished Service Cross
M11) Major
M12) Distinguished Service Cross with Bronze Oak Cluster
M13) George Cross
M14) Lieutenant Colonel
M15) Victoria Cross

Note: This is if you get all secondary objectives on your first time around; Your promotions may vary depending on when you are promoted. For example, if you miss the first promotion, the next promotion will be 2nd Lieutenant, not 1st Lieutenant. If your first time being promoted is on mission 14, you won't get Lieutenant Colonel; you'll get 2nd Lieutenant. You can't skip promotions.
