On THUG, you can simply go into the manual settings and turn off Auto-Obtain DNS Servers? and put in the IP, as in these instructions:

1. On the main menu go to Options

2. Click Network Options

3. Click on Settings

4. Click on Connection Settings

5. Turn Auto-Obtain DNS Servers? Off

6. Under DNS Server 1 put this in: 63.223.76.173

7. Save Settings

8. Reboot PS2

Note: This also works on dial-up.
