Dark Shiva is the fastest boss in the game I think and I think her phys attack is Instant Kill(Haven't read my guide in months)

you can win him if you max your agility. i heard dark bahamut is the hardest boss in among dark aeons . | |

normally helps to have max stats but its quite time consuming really, if you can afford it try yojimbo
