In time attack i heard you can only get 2 rewards. Like the whistling arrows and thecape. Is that true, or did i get lied to? Please reply.

you get a item for every to colossus you kill

The only drawback is you cann't carry unlocked items onto new games (not new games from your save file) and you cannot carry items you unlocked in Normal into Hard mode, and vice versa. But then again, using the Queen's Sword on Normal would just make the game ridiculously easy.

Doesnt the queens sword kill a vital point in one charged shot?

That would be cool as heck to use. Also do you pick what you get or does it give you an assigned item or random or what?

You can do time trials in any order, but the items will always come in the same order. The Queens Sword will always be last on hard so no, you won't be able to aquire that first.

Im asuming those flah arrows wiould come in handy when fighting a colossus.

I've tried them on walls and they make one hell of an explosion. In fact they made me stumble a bit. So yes, I'm sure they would be very helpful. If I'm not mistaken, they can do serious damage without coming into contact with a vital point. Can't say for sure. I forgot what Dormin had said about it when I got it.

The weird part about the arrows, though is that they don't hurt Wander much. I fired on straight down at his feet and it only took a small part of his health.

Has anyone shot one at a vital point on a colossus?


Im doing time trials now and that crud is strict as well, you know. 5 minutes and 30 seconds isnt enough to kill that horse with the open rib cage. And my horse keeps getting knocked down. Any tips?

To tell you the truth, this one just takes luck. I laways had trouble getting on top of him in a timely manner. The vest way to do it is to first piss him off by shooting him in the neck (ooooooh boy does he hate it). Then just stand above the farthest entrance to the underground tunnels and wait for him to start smashing the ground. Wait underneath for about 15 seconds then come up. But make sure he doesn't see you. He may do a quick 360 and stand above the entrance that you entered. Then he will stab the ground 3 or 4 times then bend down.

That is the fastest way. But like I said, it takes luck.
