I can't remember the name of the building but it's the one that you use to release your movies, pick up and drop a star on Finance in there and when the new screen loads you can mess with salary there. Some stars will get somewhat jealous if one is paying paid more then them so watch for that also.

You have to take a star and then place them on the finances spot them upgrade all of them.

I've never really had the full version
 but you can just build a building that let's you change their salary'sAnd i still can't get over how you didn't know how to change their salary's  | |

You have to take your star and put them on the Finance button in the building where movies are released I think.
