Ok I am on mission 4, part 4. I have picked up all the ammo, and I have picked up the NO133. I have killed all the gaurds, shot out all the lights, but it will not let me into the elevator to complete the mission. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me?

I am playing it on a Gamecube.

is this the same elevator as the one you entered in?
is that the one you're trying to get into?

Ok this is what happened... I climbed the pipe and went through the gate to get to the ND133, I don't see how it could be the same one that I came through because I didn't have to cross the pipe after I got out of the elevator after I killed Dehli. I am on the catwalk ready to end Mission 4 and go up, but it won't let me get in the elevator, and I can't seem to get back up on the pipe to go back the way I came in the first time.
The elevator I am trying to get to is the one that the guard is standing in front of on the catwalk.

you arent supposed to go throo the way you came. there is another elevator in that corridor ace where guards had these little alcoves to hide in, one of these alcoves is a elevator.

I know that. That is the elevator I am trying to get into and it won't let me. That is why I am stuck. When I kill the guard that is standing in front of it, I still can't go in that elevator. Any help.

OK never mind, I started over and killed all the guards first, then got my ammo, then I got the ND133. and made it in the elevator.

The same thing happened to me. I ended up having to replay the whole mission...didn't take too long but was a pain. Must be some sort of glitch. Worked the second time through though.

So you're saying all what you have to do is go through it twice and then kill all the guards,get all the ammmo and get the ND1133?

It's not really a glitch - You have to KILL all the dudes guarding the biostuff. If you knock some out you have to kill them too.

If you find yourself unable to get in the elevator, got around and shoot all the guys in the head and then get on the elevator.

this is not the only level i've found where you must kill, not knockout the badboys.
