0% Getting the Dagger of Time
    Entry By:ESCS
    -----------
From where you are in the main room by where you first see the daggar of time though a small opining above the hourglass. Continue, your quest, you cant get it from there. Wall ride to the right, or jump to the ledge on the other side, I cant remember, that should get you to a seris of tunles, in witch you have to wall ride from place to place, and ocassionaly jump and sutch. Once you get to the end you will come to a cavern.
Get on the tip of the ledge, and drop down, and press O, after traveling a few feet one of the boards will collapse, jump down using O, until you come to the bottom, then when the board collapses press X, to jump up to the next ledge. Once you get to the end of that, press the analog stick in the opposite direction of the ledge, and jump onto the pillar. Do this until you come to the center pillar. Drop down by lowering the left analog stick. Once you get there step up to the Stone Statue. And travel to the right of the hand and run up the wall using R1, and press X on the way up to jump onto the Hand. On the hand travel left, and go up that wall using R1 again. From there go to the back wall and travel to the face of the statue. Run up it using R1, and press X once you hit the wall no sooner. And you will jump to the other side of the wall. Once you hit the wall press X again, do this repeatedly until you come to the top of the shaft. Get the daggar, and wall ride out of there. Most poeple mess it up, and fall in the pit. If that happens, {I think they make you?} Press L1. To go back in time, and re-do it. Wall ride on the left wall using R1, and jump once[X] you get in line with the next ledge.

14% Father Boss Fight.
    Entry By: Rood Inverse
    ----------
Save the King (the big guy in the blue turban) for last, coz he blocks a lot and that just makes you an easy target for the other guys - unless he's attacking Farah (the chick with the bow). Then just give him a couple of whacks to draw his attention.

The red soldiers are easier to beat, since you can flip over them (by pressing triangle) and give them a couple of good whacks in the back to knock them down. Use them to refill your available power tanks, then use the full power tanks to freeze the blue soldiers and destroy them. Don't bother trying the flip over thing on the blue soldiers. They have those lovely polearms with the blades at both ends, and they'll nail you pretty much every time.

Try to keep the battle in the same general area where it starts. That way, if you end up needing water, you should have a head start on the sand creatures when you run for it (even if they can appear anywhere). Also useful if Farah is in trouble. If you can't get through the mess of enemies to help her, run toward the other end of the room and she should be able to get away from them and follow you - which ought to divert the sand creatures' attention from her long enough for her health to recover a bit.

There's very little chance that you can get away from the sand creatures long enough to drink much water before one of them hits you again. If you get to the water, don't take one sip and run. Hold down the button to drink. Typically, you'll get a few good drinks in before one of them hits you again. Sure, it'll knock down your health a bit when they attack you, but you should still be better off than you were before. If this tactic goes horribly wrong (like if three of them try to gang up on you at once), you can always rewind and try again.

Finishing off the King gets a lot simpler once all the other guys are out of the way. If you keep hitting him, you'll land about every fifth strike. If you flip over him and hit him, you should land a lot more hits. It takes ten or fifteen hits to take him down.

    Entry By: ESCS
    ----------
      --------------------
First things first. The are 3 types of monsters in the battle I am referring to.
      • Boss [Big blue one, that Prince said "Father?"]
      • Blues [Smaller blue ones with duble edged spears]
      • Reds [Red sand creatures with single swords]
First thing to do. Hop around using X if a sad creatures gather around you "Gang up on you."

Take out the smaller ones first, don't worrie about the Boss, save him for last. Go around and kill all the blue ones first, they are the hardest, and you need to get rid of them first, and an few red ones to keep the population down.

Hop backward (using X) when your health is low and get a drink of water. When doing so hit L1, to see the entire areana, when a sand creature gets near you hit X and run.

After most or all of the blue guys are done, the red ones are easy. Press X to access the flip mode, and fly over them, and hit Square. They will fall down, on the first hit. Mos of the time. And use Triangle to absorb there sand.

Now that all of the reds, and blues, are gone, all thats left is the boss. Use X to flip over him, and press Square to hit him.
NOTE: he will block if you don't hit him quick enough, so hit Square in the middle of the sequence, to get a little extra hit.
      --------------------
    ---------------------
Note: On all of them, if the crowed around you
press X to gather magic from a fallen one. If
you do this wile gathering it they cant hit you. The
Second this happens. hit X, and you will get
    away safely.

33% The Baths. After Swinging pendulums, and save point.

After pulling the statue press the switch on the right hand side to is. Run to the door that just opened and pull the rotating thingy. That should drain the water. On the left and right hand side, near the door, there will be ledges. run up the wall and grab onto the ledge then do a series of swings eventually leading to a lever. Do the same on the other side. Once done a little door will open, push the block in to it. I'll let you go from here. After pushing the block in the hole, go back to the spinning pindulums with the spikes. {Where you first go into the room}. Go back there and up to the first room, with the small waterfall. You will see the block on the first level. Grab the block using R1, and push it down the waterfall. After that push it to the right hand corner. Alline it with the latter.

Observatory 71%
    -----------------
Once you're at the Save Point, Farah finds a crack, go back to the strange-looking U-shaped platform which will
rise once Farah pulls the lever. Prince shouts "Now!" and the platform rises. Jump over to the other side
    and retrieve the Sand Field on the left. Go to the right side and jump over to the poles (you can't run;
try and shatter your skull) Jump from pole to pole, swinging back and forth to reach the capstan with a
blue glowing-thingy on top. Turn it counter-clockwise once. Jump onto the pole - from pole to pole, jump
over to the central pillar, and jump over to another platform (with a capstan with a red glowing-thingy,
respectively.) Turn the capstan counter-clockwise, jump onto the pole, and when you reach the pillar,
jump left onto the pole that you just swung. From there, jump onto the lever, moving the planets and
jump onto the switch. Move quickly - a platform forms, saving you from certain doom; you have to run along
the walls to get back to the capstan with the blue glowing-thingy. Move too slow and the platform will
retrat, and you have no choice but to let go and fall to your doom. Do not touch the capstan! Leave it
as it is, jump onto the pole, reach the pillar and jump right. From there, swing from pole to pole until
you reach the main lever, opening the gate.
Walk up to the huge cables and slide down - Prince exerts a whoop of lunacy as you slide down the cables
at high speed. Don't bother about the lever you see there; it's stuck solid. Just get past the gate and
    exit the planetarium.

Elevator %?
    Entry By: Rood Inverse

That is a very difficult part, indeed - probably the most difficult in the whole game (it was for me, anyway).

I'd say use regular attacks/sand retrieves on the first few enemies (which should be the big guys with maces) because they're pretty much the only enemies you'll encounter here that you can jump over and beat from the back fairly easily. Of course, once you start defeating them, the tougher guys show up almost immediately. At this point all your sand tanks have complete power tanks with them. If you got the sandcloud just before you got on the elevator, they should all be full. Try to wait as long as you can and defeat as many of the harder enemies as you can. When you get to a point where there are too many enemies (or if Farah is in trouble), use mega freeze to freeze them all and target/destroy them quickly. When time goes back to normal, they'll probably keep coming, but by then you can usually kill some of them and freeze a few of the others one by one (since mega freeze uses up all your power tanks). I usually freeze only the big guys with the swords at that point, unless I have to use it on a creature that is directly attacking Farah.

Actually, I didn't know a thing about using mega freeze the first couple of times I played through the game (coz I never read instruction manuals, and the instructions at some points in the game don't stay on the screen long enough to read). The elevator part is absolutely hateful without it, but it can be done. I've used mega freeze in a couple of replays, though, and it makes that nasty little battle a good deal easier.

    Rewind-L1
    Freez-∆
Haste-Press and hold R1, then hit L1 to freeze all the enemies, then point the analog stick in the direction of each enemy and hit the square button twice for each one. The haste effect only lasts about 20 seconds, though, so it's best to save it till you absolutely need it and can make the most of it.

Be warned, though, haste uses up all your power tanks, so you won't be able to freeze enemies after you've used it until you've retrieved sand from a few of them again.

FAQ

ƒrequently Λsked Ωuestions

Ω: About How long is this Game?
Λ: This game is pretty short. It would take about 6-10 hours of game play to finish it off first.

Ω: How do I get Prince of Persia 1?
Λ:To get 'Prince of Persia ', you must first get the second sword. This is the one you get in the baths ruffly around 33%. Go down the stairwell that leads to a large carvernous area. After you make it through this area, you'll end up in a small room with Farah. There's a lever and gear in the center of the room. Turn it cockwise until it clicks twice. Both doors in the room are now closed, but you have also opened a secret door that you cannot see. Go to the wall directly opposite the entrance. Swing until you find a spot on the wall where your sword doesn't spark. Strike this area a few times to reveal a hidden room. Enter to unlock the game, which is now available from the main menu.

Ω: Sand Tanks, what are they and how do I get them
Λ: Sand tanks, are tanks that store sand, they can be used to do sand tricks, controlling time, like rewind, pause, and slow down, and last speed up. You get sand tanks, by aquiring 16 retrivles of sand. By Sand creatures or clouds.
Ω: How do you get the first Daggar?
Λ: From where you are in the main room by where you first see the daggar of time though a small opining above the hourglass.
If that happens, {I think they make you?} Press L1. To go back in time, and re-do it. Wall ride on the left wall using R1, and jump once[X] you get in line with the next ledge.
Ω: How do you get the last sword in the library?
Λ: The first thing you need to do is align the mirrors to deflect the light straight to the brown thing on the huge stone tower that is in front of the door where the sword is, then it'll rise. Now you climb up and find the places you need to go to reach the other side where another mirror is located. Turn it and then find a button with a white sign, jump on it and then a stone wall will appeare, use it to climb to the top, then keep going and going. Now climb the ladder and find a way to jump to the stick that above you and keep going again. When you finish that part go straight to the mirror that is in the middle of the stage and align it correctly. Do that and then go the part where a huge stone pillar is in the way, find a way to reach the other side where another mirror will be and align it too and align the other one that is on the lift side of the screen. If you did it correct and align every mirror right, the light will touch a stone then touch a mirror that was below you and active a stone passage way. Now jump to the last one and then turn to the direction where the stone platform is pointing and jump to grab the rope that is haghing, do the same thing with the other which is infront of you when you jump. At this point the direction where you have to go is obvious. Keep on going now jump and grab the ladder, climb up and go straight, then use your sword to destroy the wall (their's 2 walls, one containing the mystical fountain and the other containing a mirror. Now you just follow the film that appears after you pull down the lever that has a white thing on it. Now you just have to align the light stright to the other stone you find.

More to be added soon.
