on level seven I get about 3\4 the way done then i cough and die. what do i do to live longer?

Hi! I don't know which one level seven is, but there is one level that has black oil clouds that make you cough and die. Avoid those black clouds. If you can't see them, try a different tv screen. We can't see them on the big picture tv, I think because of the glare in that room... but we can see on our little tv better. Hope that helps!
