I noticed this going through the game. I counted six seconds for to duck behind the scenery, six bars for the p meter and six action scenes in the first world excluding castles forts item houses and spades. THIS really freaked me out and look at the guns on the ship at the end of the world when they are in a + pattern and look towards the base of it towards the ceiling. THAT IS FREAKY!!!
