This is the final boss of the game and she is extremely difficult. After destroying her head and her two arms, she'll respawn them and reveal her heart. Once it's revealed, just keep using Bros. Attacks on it. DO NOT try to destroy her arms and head when the heart is revealed! Her heart can revive them!
