The boat level. Go all the way to the back of the boat. You should be able to see the big paddle wheel pushing the boat. If not go to another level on the boat (I believe it is the second level). If you are facing the paddle wheel go to your left. Around the corner you will see a closed door. Try to open it (you can't). Then go all the way to the bottom level of the boat close to back of the boat (right side if you are facing the back of the boat. You will see a guy in a striped shirt leaning against the rail. Ask him for the key to the bathroom. You have to ask a couple of times. Get the key, then go back to the locked bathroom. Under the cabinet you will see a gun, pick it up. Then go out of the bathroom on the back deck you will see a water pail with a green arrow. Pick up the pail and go clean the bathroom. Then go bring the guy the key back. No you just have to wait for the senator to go give his speech. Walk up to and shoot him until the screen says escape. Haul a** to the bottom deck towards the front of the boat (left side if you are facing the back of the boat). You will see the getaway boat. Press "X" and that is it. Good Luck.

I'm stuck on the bank robbing mission with Paulie. After I get the keys from the cupboard in the Manager's office and run down to the safe room there are two barred doors. the one on the right doesn't give me an action button. The one right in front of me lets me do an action, but all I hear is a clank and the door won't open. What's going on?

i suggest that BEFORE u get the magagers keys, u gotta get the keys from the room where paulie is--when paulie says its a heist theres at the back of the room a guard that comes out from a door- kill him get in there (its not a room, its like a wooden wall, if u want) u turn left where the typewritters are, look for an action button on the cupboards and ull get the keys! THEN get upstairs, get the keys, go back down and voila
