Still, it will last a lot longer than twice as long as an ignition pad. In my opinion, its the best pad around as of right now. And the steps will still register perfectly.

And as far as any metal pads, until BNS, MyMyBox, or RO decide to use sheet metal contacts, they just arent as good in my book.

oops, actually what pad are you talking about? so far its the first party pad( first party means a registered product of microsoft, but this ones registered to microsoft but made by konami) and comes with the game, it is the best one you can get as it has the ability to use a mu, then you can use a head set with it for online play as it comes with an adapter that extends the headsets range
