I can think of a lot that are more popular than DOA2U. Not only has it's sales been fairly medicore, even for a prequal, but it's reviews are even starting to go down. All the sites quick to review gave DOA2U an awesome score, while as the other sites that waited long gave it a lower score.

Halo 2, Mortal Kombat Deception are two big titles right now for Xbox that are better, plus you can add Fable and Knights of the Old Republic on. Thats just Xbox.

DOA is sorta popular, but it isn't as good as everyone belives it to be, or as popular imo. What site did you get that stastic from?

from neoseeker... go to the xbox forums and it will say most popular forums.. doau was on TOP... it made no sense...i completely agree, it isnt extremely popular.. but y is it there.. and number ONE :\ :\

Halo 2 is overated. Seriously what in the world is all the hype about?

halo2 is over-rated, there was an extreme amount of hype for a game that wasnt much more fun than halo1. but dont get my wrong, i loved halo1, its my favorite fps and will be until i see something better. halo2 isnt a BAD game, but it has the impact doau had on me. i expected much more. i expected a bigger badder version of halo1, and most peeps didnt get it. all in all its a decent game, but got way to much hype.

I know what's going on...for some reason the Main Index page, for the last couple weeks, has listed the Most Popular Forums in alphabetical order, not by PPD. If you go to the other list (click the "Xbox" logo at the top of the screen) you'll see this forum actually is #3 in PPD among Xbox forums. (It does it for GameCube too-lists my forum as #2 when it's really #4 among GCN Forums)

doau seemed to get very little hype, i thought it was gonna be better than it was but most kids i knew were just like, "eh" all in all they both decent games

I unno, the people the followed it were expecting a lot from it. I was disapointed, and I know 0thers were as well. Just goes to show ya: the less you know about a game when you get, the more you will enjoy it.

i suppose, i wish i was able to enjoy halo2 more than i did.. o well, im lookin foward to any other kool fps coming out soon... sadly.. there are none

I was expecting more from DOA Ultimate but it turns out I like DOA 3 more than DOA Ultimate.

meh I find DOAU alot better than gaylo2 er halo2 my bad, im a bigger fighter fan than FPS that and there are to many smacktards on the gaylo2 universe that just kill the gameplay.

but really DOAU should be on top IMO does halo2 have hotties sporting it in sexy revealing clothing while kicking ass? just as i thought NO!!!!, not unless you're a cyber nerd who gets off on comp data that takes the shape of some super computer model that is.

I've almost thought about trading in my copy of halo2 to goto me buying DOAU for myself (DOAU is my roommates game and i want it!)

Why not trade Halo 2 for DOA2U from your friend - I'm sure he'd do that one in a heart beat, unless he already has the game.

Halo 2 actually has a story, and although it dosen't have slut - oh, sorry, I mean, really attractive young fighters that cannot seem to afford clothes, Halo still has awesome characters. Everyone knows who Cheif is, and everyone loves em.

I like DOA, don't get me wrong, but Halo puts DOA to shame in every possible way. Mind you, The Chronicals of Riddick Escape From Butcher Bay is better than DOA too...

Anyhow, DOA is my second favourite fighter, and I love fighters more than FPS, I just think Halo, and TCOREFBB is better for that matter too.
