	Does any one have a clue why these games are titled "dead or alive"? i mean, none of the characters are wanted dead or alive. if anyone has a clue, please reply. i just thought of this question suddenly. notin' much. unless you want to make it much

	Good Question. My initial reaction is "I have no freaking clue" but if you think about it, maybe their refering to Hayate and Ein with his memory loss? Or Kasumi's running away from being a ninja? Maybe their talking about Helena and Donavon or somthing like that... Maybe it's about Ayane and her quest to get revenge on Kasumi? I dunno, if I had to guess, those are possibilities. Anyone got any ideas? OR, maybe were thinking too hard. Maybe it's a question similar to this one... 	for starters, a tree is called a tree because i said it was, and team ninja didnt know of any titles to give a fighting game, so they called it dead or alive ------------------- What you see, sometimes isn't what is truly there. 	Hey guys it ain't that hard to figure out where the title came from. The DOA series is a fighting tournament in each game right, and basically the title means you either come out the DOA tournament DEAD or ALIVE. Get it? 	The game was called Ddead Or Alive because Tecmo was near bankrupt back then. If this game didn't sell, they would have to shut down. So, in a sense it's dead (bankrupt) or alive (back in business). -------------------

	He speaks the truth. Itagaki explains it in an episode of "Icons," a show on G4Tech TV. It is also an unlockable movie in DOAU. It should become available after you've unlocked all of the costumes in the game, along with the DOA3 Booster Disc. 	I do, I have DOA3 (I even have DOAX), I collected most costumes for DOA3 and I've never deleted a savegame of my X-Box HDD in my life. -------------------
