I have the locations of many of them in the walkthrough portion of my FAQ...I might have a single list of all of them on the next update.

I don't have the game on right now, but I believe it was under the "Special Features" menu. Some of the cheats have to be entered at the terminals in the Bruce Banner missions though.

I don't got the game neither but the CHEATS-CODE option is mostly by the OPTIONS menu!
