the game is already getting repetitive, and if you noticed ever since MP2...sales for Mario party continuing games have gone down

i was surprised once 4 came out cause most games omly reach 3.
im sure i will probably end 5-8 but i like the game so im happy.

i think they will make as many as maybe like 16 or something or 13.

if they make it all the way to 16, the mini-games would probably get a little boring wouldnt they and it would be hard for them to make more things

i think they just might put all the things together in one last party

2010, the release of Mario Party 10, The Ultimate Saga, will be the matchmaker to the excellent series.

i wouldn't mind it. If it went up to 16 then they could have different mini games cause they will have more ideas.

A series like Final Fantasy never gets old since everything is always different except the title.
The Mario Party series has nothing but mini-games that seem to be losing quality and the same old ideas or attempts to make things different and better but they always aren't good.

However I can't say that with complete confidence since I didn't play Mairo Party 5 yet.
The problem with some series is that they make things excessivly complex. I think that Mario Parties 2 and 3 were the high point of the series and from there it went downhill.

They'll make them until Nintendo goes bankrupt, which will probably be at the end of the world. Every year they make one, like the Proffesional Sports games. Unlike those, every game is worst than the last. Now they are using new, stupider mini-games, giving people a reason to spent 50 bucks on it.

I don't agree with you. I think the mini-games are better and better since the first Mario Party. Mario Party 1 had many good mini-games, but I can see that Nintendo has a lot of imagination. The mini-games are nice and not repetitive, it's very hard to do that. Sure, in every Mario Party, there are very good mini-games, good ones, so-so ones and boring ones. But there is also the fun that you can have playing with you friends, a long and fun 50 turns with them, I like that!

So I don't think the serie is going in a deep and painful end. I hope that Nintendo will hear the good critics and continue to make games like that.

Well it does look like it will be an interesting series. It also seems to go on for awhile.

To state my exaggeration here's a hyperbole:
Its going to last a million,billion,trillion,quadrillion,quintillion,sextillion,septillion,octillion,nonillion,decillion years

And its going to have up till Mario Party infinity

i think that a Mario Party 10 : The Ultimate Collection/Saga would be a great idea. they could have a collection of every board and mini-game that they ever made. and the story mode would be good for once. that would be a great ending to the series. at least i think so.

i have heard a rumour that there will be one more number 6 and will be based on all of the series, its just a rumour not quite real
