WTF! Joe Nieuwendyk was on ym roster at the end of season 1 now in season 2 hes nowhere. not on another team or free agents nothing. did he retire? if so why does it not tell you? And one more thing anyone notice the announcers screwing up saying a gaolie has nto let in a goal when he has and among other things?

He retired. This is something they HAVE TO PUT ON next year

is there anywhere to see the players who have retired or do they just drop off the dynasty mode and thats it? ive never had a player retire yet even though its like 2008 and some of these guys are like 45 such as belfour when the hell do they retire?

Well there is no way to see if a person is retired, and for eddie thats 45 gets more then 3 goalies and he will retire.

Well its something they have to improve in NHL 2005. The thing that sucked about the game was that you didnt know when a player retired, though the good thing is when he does retire your payroll goes lower and you can go after a player almost as good as him. Hopefully they will improve on that.

Yeah but they should add like a list to do in the offseason like check whos retiring, scouting, draft, sign draft picks, free agents, and start season.

Well yah, that is kind of what I mean and it would make a lot more sense if they made that. This game suffered badly without it and it got really annoying when someone retired from your team and you didnt even know about it.

Joe Nieuwendyk is on the Free Agents list in the first year of Dynasty. He has way overpriced himself. In my Dynasty he wasnt signed until the end of the second year.

I allways pick him up then trade him since hes has a pretty good overal but hes old so I get ride of him in a trade to get some players that are good and young.
