	is there a way to create a player and put him on your team in the middle of my dynasty

	Yes once you create a player he will go on the free agent market and you should sign him right away because it is likely another team will pick him up the next day. 	yeah that sucks when that happens cuz then the other teams are also stacked as well. I've created 54 players out of my friends & 5 custom teams for them.
