Once again, at http://loz.zeldalegends.net/ they talk about this game and also list WW2 as a completely different game than tetra's trackers.

re: This game?

does anyone have any screenshots of this game? i hope it's a good zelda game, but then when has there been a bad on! My favorite was the old games (Link To The Past: SNES), but Wind Waker was good and had great cel- shaded graphics. It was a little short thought, i finished in less than 2 months. That is short compared to 6 months to finish. (I don't play more than an hour a day)

re: This game?

I can't believe you people. It didn't go kiddy! when you say kiddie do you mean, when the explosions and particle effects looked a lot brighter and sharper than before, and redefined the gaming industry as new games like Viewtiful Joe, Killer 7, and XIII are coming out. Besides, If you were a true zelda fan, than you wouldn't care about this "kiddy" nature the game has taken on, so that it can reach new and young audiences. Have you played WW its look and feel are totally original and i feel is one of Miyamoto's best. He hasnt failed us before with ANY zelda game yet, so keep that in mind.....

re: This game?

Zelda is not going downhill. TWW was a great improvment over OoT in terms of graphics and gameplay. The graphics are perfectly fine. If you don't appreciate the cell shaded graphics then you're not a true Zelda fan. TWW is not kiddie. You can't say it's kiddie until there's little white cats in blue overalls that have to tell the teacher on the lonely Ganon because he stole they're carrot sticks. If we ever get a Zelda game like that, you're welcome to say "I told you so"

This game could be fun, if you're into these kinds of games. It's a great experiment on the GBA GameCube link. But the only bad part could be you need a GBA to play it. Some people might not have one.

Well I do have a GBA but the bad part is that I don't have a GBA link cable that connects to the GameCube. But still this game looks pretty fun to play.

Well the problem is, when Nintendo first announced StarCube/GameCube, they said they wanted to reach out more to adult/mature gamers, not kids. Plus, they shouldn't have shown that great, gritty looking Zelda at SpaceWorld and then went to cel-shading. They should've just went with cel shading in the first place. I realize it was only a demo, but still... it would be like Hideo Kojima unveiling a MGS game that looked amazing, and then at the next E3 he revealed a MGS game with the graphics of Sonic the Hedgehog or Mario.

re: This game?

I think you misunderstood. That wasnt a real gamescreen, it was just a graphics test to show the abilities of the GCN. And since LOZ games are the biggest selling games they wanted people to be able to recognize a character they know and love. Besides, seeing the expressions on link and other NPCs is awesome. especially with the way the water moves and the way fire and explosions just jump out at you. Anyway. a true LOZ fan would know that this is a major step up from the previous Majora's Mask.

Right on bro. Ok, I'm a long time zelda fan. Would people of liked Vice city if it was cel-shaded and cartoon like with not blood, or blood that looks like a kid used a crayon on the screen. NO they would hate it. Thats the same way I feel about links new look. Anyway look how stupid this game looks, http://loz.zeldalegends.net/gallery/gallery.cgi?Category=100132

re: This game?

Yes, but Vice City is a game for the older audience. Of course they would hate it. But the true Zelda fan wouldn't doubt a Zelda game no matter what kind of graphics. Most Zelda fans know the magical video games Miyamoto and team can make. Even with cel shaded graphics.

This game looks fun

Zelda games just have something in them that makes me want to get everyone possible and play it through five times.

re: This game?

That thing is the fail-safe engine that most LOZ games run in. The third person puzzle strategy FPS (sorta) action/adventure RPG. its basically a game for everyone. Thats why it does so good in marketing. Also. I am a huge Nintendo fan, but i have to agree that nintendo seems to be dying out. now i dont mean just one day itll be like we suck goodbye. Its more like cancer eating away at the company. Hopefully, that work that they are doing "behind closed doors" is the cure. Or perhaps the Nfive....perhaps....
