I am trying to complete objective 1, in the mission 'destoy the fuel dump'. I cannot activate the the time bomb by the main fuel control valve, nor can I see on the map the 'two concealed snipers, whose position has been marked...by the GR'. I end up with soldiers coming from everywhere!!!! Can someone help? Thanks.

Guess you're having same probs as I did? Went right round camp on my belly looking for snipers at green arrow marks on map for hours. 2 snipers are at the front of camp, run (or crawl
) along left side from where you start 1st sniper behind a tree to the right of the barrels, crawl right up behind him shoot him with a pistol, hide him crawl back to where you started.
2nd is on right hand side of road in front of tree, do same to him.
Crawl round to left again sneak right round to fuel tanks plant bomb, then crawl straight over to spot where you have to put 2nd bomb plant that (I didn't even really try hiding here just crawled whole way didn't shoot anyone but snipers)
crawl in and shoot man with map bombs go off run out front gates (shoot watchtower man if you want some practice) and home.
Hope that helps, loved the game up til that point and it gets better from there on.

I'm having the same problem.
Now the main probem is, i get to the fuel tanks, but can't select time bomb, all it gives me is the medikit??

Do you have the time bomb in your inventory? Did you pick up your supplies at the start of the level? Are you switching through your inventory ( < > keys)?

Aaah. Interesting... this suggests where I may have been going wrong. I dispatched the two snipers OK, but then shot all the other occupants of the camp from various distances before sneaking in and planting the bombs. I did hide all the bodies, but the camp commander seems to notice that there's no-one home... ;^)

I think I'll try it your way next.

I did not even bother with this to snipers....
I simply go to my right and sneak into the camp through Castle. I hide the bodies and uncoverd get to fuel tanks from railway side.
I set up bombs and go back the same way. I wait for commander and shot him and then go back the same way....
Of course, you can also shot this to snipers....

Hi. I've been playing sniper elite an I got stuck at the "destroy fuel dump" mission...after planting a time bomb at the first site, I go an plant at the second one, but as soon as I plant it they Booth blow up...it doesn't Mather for how long I set the timer...I tried to synchronize them by the second but no success...
What do I have to do?...is there a specific time delay between the bombs?...I just cant figure it out.

Don't set the timers for a particular delay. The automatic delay is 10 mins... just leave both timers at this automatic delay. Once you have aquired the map from the camp commander and have exfiltrated, both bombs will go off anyway... no need to wait for them to go off.

Same problem........I hide the dead guys, plant the bombs, and wait for the commander. When he comes, I've tried to wound him, and somehow try to capture him, but always fails. Either I kill him, or he gets on train. Any help?

i kill two sniper by silent kill .i move and plant the boom site 1 site 2 but it fail .(silent)

This game has a few glitches, you may have to do it over unless you tried that already. Try going without killing the snipers or anyone else. Maybe someone saw you because I kill everyone hide their bodies and have no trouble in finishing the mission. You must let the officer get off the train and go to the room where he will open the safe (you’ll get a cut scene) after that you can do what ever you want. If you let him know you’re there before he opens the safe he wont open it and get the book out.
