You have to propose to someone living on free street. No one else will accept your proposal.

Someone said that you have to have them full to be able to propose. They won't propose when they are hungry. Other than that, i would just suggest keeping everything in the high green area before you try to propose. Maybe that will help.

You know when you play in freeplay mode? All the houses you can choose there are on Free Street. That's just what it's called. To be able to visit it in bustin out mode you have to unlock it though, and you can only do that by completeing certain goals. I can't remember which goals exactly, though.

Hmm, as night of the dead said the gifts and the seducing work well first. If they accept that then they should be okay when you propse. Kiss them, hug them, all theat junk. Have them over your house for a good amount of time before you propose. Good luck, hopefully it'll work this time.

Youre house has to be clean he has to be real happy.Entertain him, give him a present, back rubs, maybe trie to seduce him.Just trie stuff that makes you both happy.

P.S. You can make youre own person to marry on free street, instead of marrieng the lesbians and queers.

What you do is you should try and do the most fun thing you can do. Then you give them gifts and try to make them happy(do all of the above after serving breakfast/lunch/dinner).Make your lover feel happy and relaxed.Do whatever they want to do(if you can).Then finally, purpose.If that doesn't work I'm lost.
