what about using a big gun?

Either snipe him with rifle from a distance or get closer and get headshots with magnum. As long as you can keep him stunned from firing his gatlin, he's not a big threat.

but he can still shoot me if i use a snipe...

You have to get headshots with the rifle. As long as you shoot him in the head, it will stun him and prevent him from firing his gatlin.

And when I say get close, I don't mean running up next to him like you are about to do a melee move. Just get close enough so you can get a good aim on his head with magnum.

ok, beside JJ what about saddler.
i think with a mine thrower can easily gives you the chance to stab his eye with a knife..
or 1 shot isn't enough..

Well, in the main game I snipe JJ with the exclusive upgraded bolt rifle. If I end up close to him, I just use headshots from the Striker which always stuns him each shot until he's dead.

Saddler is pretty much a fun battle. I normally use grenades or the cranes to knock him down and then blast his eye with the BB.

how many RL shots do you think needed to kill verdugo in pro mode?

When he's frozen, one.

You should be able to kill him with one RL even when he's not frozen, just make damn sure that you don't miss because he moves so fast.

Garrador will fall in one RL as well. If you don't have RL, he is hardest when you are caged in with him. You must quickly shoot down the lock and get out of the cage or he will rape you in there. Otherwise, get behind him and use any heavy-power weapon to quickly take him down.

to kill verdugo when he is iced do i need to exactly hit him or he can be kill by the blast?

Idk, I usually don't miss with RL when aiming at something stationary.

El gigante bloodbath

Ingredients: 2 to 3 flash grenades, tmp (fully loaded), 1 to 2 boxes of tmp ammunition and 1 to 2 first aid sprays (optional).

Method:First of when you are fighting el gigante will let off a scream, at this point fire at him with the tmp (remember, shots to the head are more effective). When he comes too close for comfort through a flash grenade and pump 10 tons of lead into him. When he kneels run up his back and use the slash command. when he recovers flash, tmp, and slash. Manage this 3 times and you will have a el gigante bloodbath!

is the TMP fully loaded or fully upgrade?

50 shots will do it, just flash him at the start, pump him full of lead, slash, reload. Then flash again and repeat.
