She wasn't very good lol, Simon just gave in, obviously considering what she'd accomplished.

GMILF?
I only saw part of this the other night and i only normally watch the bits with the auditions on as they are the most funny parts, then it get's to serious for my liking and is ruined. What i did see made me laugh, a guy who sang Louie Armstrongs, "Wonderful World". Rather well, but he couldn't sing anything else and that was his downfall.

Did Eoghan and the guy whose wife died during child birth get through? I didn't notice.

The 26 year old mother of like 12, who has been to prison etc.
I knew this would happen...
She has one style, one plateau, [husky, soulful stuff] where her voice is great. And she knows it. She'll pick loads of songs that she can mould and change to suit her. The judges will lick her arse saying she 'made the song her own', and her sob story will carry her as far as the public votes are concerned. As soon as Simon attempts to criticize, or push her out of her comfort zone, she flips.
I hope shes in Simon's category and gets booted.

yeah euhgon got through as well.
the "zoop zoop" black guy was miles better than the old git and the welsh middle age sluts, no idea how them lot are through. i
it's all so annnoying atm, they clearly have to choose from like 5 songs and yet ther choices are praise/dslated so often.

I can't grasp the little Irish lad's name, but he looks like a Clive so I'll just call him that. But yeah, Clive is awesome and I want him to win so bad ._. not only is he adorable but he was actually such a good singer live, compared to some of them who completely screwed up! D:

I'm very happy with what's happened. My choices for the top 3 are:
Boys
Mali Austin Alan
I don't think Liam or Eoghan are ready. Then again Simon really likes both, so who knows. I think Scott could potentially get through... I'm not sure. I love Mali. He's got a great voice. He's the only one I'll be bothered if he doesn't get through. Austin and Alan could annoy me if they constantly cry.
Girls
Alexandra Diana Laura
Laura and Alexandra are pretty much guarenteed places in my opinion. Then there's the problem. The other four are all brilliant. But... I don't think Annastacia has much chance of getting through, unless they feel they need a big black singer, but then again they have Rachel in the Over 25's (more on that later). I like Hannah. I like Diana. I like Amy. All three could potentially get through. But Amy doesn't have the star look about her and Hannah's voice really only seems to suit Duffy songs. But I don't know. I reckon Diana will get through, but I wouldn't mind it if one of the other three did over her.
Over 25's
Rachel Daniel Ruth
Rachel is guarenteed. Daniel will probably get through. Then, again, the other four. Like Annastacia, Suzie is the most unlikely to get through. I think they'll choose Daniel over James. But Ruth or Louise. As much as I'd like Louise, Ruth is more likely to get through, just because she's spanish. Simon can crack South America with her, which would do him wonders. I don't particularly like Rachel. Her voice is on and off. But, she did sound quite good singing Amazing Grace. I'm not sure. Will need to see her live.
Groups
JLS Girl Band 4 Instinct
JLS for the lads, Girl Band is the best girl group. 4 Instinct for the novelty. One girl band will get through, and I choose Girl Band for that. I'll be pissed off if Priority get through over JLS, but I doubt that'll happen. Then again, it's Louis.

Boys
Eoghan Scott Austin
I'm sick of the younger guys being put through to the judge's homes only to be turned down at the last stage because they are too young & not ready for it. I definitely think Trevor deserved to go through over Phillip in X Factor 2005, although I admit putting Shaun through in 2006/7? would have been a mistake. Eoghan, at his age, has shown star quality and I fully believe he's ready for the live shows. His voice may be slightly weaker, but as a whole, brilliant.
I see Scott going through. In his first audition we see that Simon has a huge problem with holiday singers etc, I dunno, I just definitely think Scott will make it.
No doubts about Austin, hasn't failed to impress yet. I'm not sure if I like him as a person, but he's definitely the strongest singer out of all the boys.
Girls
Diana Alexandra Laura
Diana may be the only choice people will disagree with, but I think she has an amazing voice. Doesn't try to be like anyone else, and she's very unique. I'd love to see her go through.
Alexandra & Laura don't really need an explanation, clearly the strongest singers out of the girls.
Over 25's
Danny Evans Rachel Ruth
She'll definitely put Danny Evans through, and when Simon criticizes him on the live shows she'll defend him by saying he does have a brilliant voice. He doesn't, but still.
Rachel will get through, although I'm on the fence with her. Has a decent voice, it's just a matter of seeing how she copes outside her comfort zone.
Ruth, I'm not sure, I just have a feeling she'll get through. I need to hear more of her, though.
Bands
JLS GirlBand BadLashes
JLS will definitely go through. They won't win, though. They remind me of 4sure & 4tune too much, early exit I think.
I'm just guessing with the other two groups because I really don't care about this category.

man, Auditions are so much better than the Live show.
That is exactly what I thought, boot camp was just a bore to me and the auditions are just funny and the people who actually think they can sing get brilliant remarks from Simon. My favourite comment was when he said to a women, "It was like looking into a cave"

the only thing good about the show is the amount of lulz you get from the crap singers.
