I have just bought a Centaur, but I have no idea how to equip it if I can't dock at a station. I want to equip it with a jump drive and a Transporter device. I have managed to use my Nova to buy two lasers for it, but I had to eject them into space for my Centaur to then pick them up, and eqip them. Is there an easier way? Regards, Jason.

Yes, there is. If you target an equipment yard or the Terracorp HQ, you can use the command console (i believe the key is C) to tell your frigate to dock at it. It will then pull into the blue tunnel thing, not the regular docking bay.

You can then buy and sell and such, though it won't autosave.
