why wont it give them to you?
i was able to buy them right on when i got there first.
and do you have rocket parts?if you dont have you can buy them under bridge near that gate where you need gate data on town2.

No, you don't need the C-slider to get the Water god. All you need to go to is Sharo.

NO! The water god is only accessable if you fought the HealNavi in the Red Sun/Blue Moon tourney! The C-Slider can get you into the Undernet, and can be used as shortcuts through areas (Like Town 2) or be used as a ramp to reach new places with valuables (Like Park areas 2 and 3)

C-Slider parts:
One is in Town 2, on the under path (he is hiding under the over path)

Another is Town 3, on the Lower level.

The last one is in Yumland, if you came from ACDC 2, then follow the path but cut into the first side path and he is there.
